Taking Players to the Next Level
Based here in Lakewood Ranch, LVL ONE Performance provides personalized soccer development designed to help players improve their technical ability, tactical understanding, physical performance, confidence and decision-making.
Rather than offering the same training program to every athlete, LVL ONE begins by evaluating each player’s current technical, tactical and physical level. A personalized development plan is then created with clearly defined goals, targeted training sessions, video analysis and ongoing progress monitoring.

- Technical and tactical training
- Speed, agility and coordination work
- Finishing and attacking sessions
- Position-specific small-group training
- Match video analysis and performance feedback

LVL ONE also offers a complimentary performance assessment, including a professional evaluation and PDF report before enrollment. Athletes who join a program then receive a personalized four-to-eight-week development plan based on their individual needs and goals.
Meet Coach Santiago Tellez
LVL ONE Performance was founded by Coach Santiago Tellez, a U.S.-licensed soccer coach with experience in professional, collegiate, academy and elite youth soccer environments.
Santiago’s playing and development background includes professional soccer in Colombia and time within the English football environment at Bolton Wanderers. His coaching experience includes serving as Academy Director at Rush Wisconsin West, Assistant Coach at Viterbo University and Head Coach at DME Academy Sarasota.
Through LVL ONE Performance, Santiago has already trained more than 150 players using personalized coaching, small-group sessions, tactical analysis and high-performance development programs. His approach combines technical excellence, tactical intelligence, creativity, discipline and a strong understanding of how skills should be applied in real match situations.

Lakewood Ranch Adult Soccer Club brings together players from more than 40 nationalities through a shared love of the game. With five games played each week and a growing membership, support from community partners helps us maintain and improve the experience we provide both on and off the field.
